- Store currency: the default currency used when displaying values across the store.
- Order ID format: the prefix for orders you create manually with Create Order.
Your public store page
Settings > Store configures the page buyers see at your store address. Work through it in the order the sections appear.1
Check the address and publish state
The first card, Your store page, shows your store page’s web address under Page URL and whether it is live. The address comes from your store’s handle, which is set when you create your store and is edited in Settings > Domain. If your store has no handle yet, the card reads “Set a handle in Domains to get your store page URL.” Publish the page when you are ready for customers to reach it. A short checklist tells you what still needs completing before you can go live.
2
Add your store details
Write a tagline shown under your store name and a description telling customers what you sell and how delivery works.
3
Add contact information
Fill in how customers reach you: a support email, phone, business hours, website, and support page. The support email counts toward the publish checklist.
4
Add social links
Add any social networks you want in the footer. Only the ones you fill in appear.
5
Add your policies
Add your refund policy, terms, and privacy links. A refund policy and terms are required before your page can go live.
Your store page is served from your store address by default. To change the handle, or to serve the page from your own domain instead, select Change address or connect a domain under the page URL. See Connect a custom domain.
Connect a custom domain
Serve your store from an address you own.
Email and SMTP
Send store emails from your own domain.
