By default your store page is served from its TokenSupply address. Connect your own domain, like store.example.com, so customers reach your store on an address you own. Domain management lives in Settings > Domain.
Custom domains are on the Growth plan. On other plans, Settings > Domain shows “Custom domains are on the Growth plan” instead of letting you connect one. See Plans and credits.

Your store addresses

On the Growth plan, Settings > Domain opens on Store addresses, every address your store answers on. At the top is your store’s Handle, which sets your built-in address. The handle also names your vendor portal and your dashboard address. Type a new one and select Save once TokenSupply confirms it is available. Your built-in address is always on. Any domains you connect are listed below it.

Enter the domain

Open Settings > Domain and select Connect domain. Under Domain, type the address you want to use, for example store.example.com, and select Connect.

Copy the DNS records

TokenSupply shows the exact DNS records to add. Each record has a name and a value, and both have a copy button. Copy both parts carefully. A single mistyped label leaves the domain unable to verify.

Add the records at your DNS provider

Go to your DNS provider and add the records shown. TokenSupply often recognises your provider and offers a direct link to open its DNS settings.

Root domains use www

A root domain (also called an apex, like example.com) cannot point directly at TokenSupply, because DNS does not allow the required record there. Connect www.example.com instead and set your root domain to forward to it, so both addresses work. If you enter a bare root domain, TokenSupply suggests the www version for you.

Automatic verification

You do not need to sit and wait or keep clicking a verify button.
  • TokenSupply re-checks your DNS every minute, so the page updates on its own. You can close it and come back. To check straight away, open the domain and select Check now.
  • DNS changes usually appear within a few minutes, but can take up to 48 hours to reach every network.
  • The status shows two things: the domain verified check (your record points at your store) and the SSL certificate, which is issued automatically and renews on its own.
Your domain stays inactive until it is verified. Until then, your store page keeps serving from its default address.

Several domains and your primary address

You can connect more than one domain. Each one serves your store once it is verified. One address is marked Primary: it is the one your store page uses. To change it, open the menu on a connected domain’s row, or on your built-in address, and select Set as primary.
If you ever remove a connected domain, it stops serving your store. If it was your primary address, your page falls back to its default address. Reconnecting later means adding the DNS records again.
