Your store is where you run everything: your catalog, inventory, orders, vendors, and settings. Setting one up takes about a minute, and nothing you choose here is permanent.

Sign up and start onboarding

Create your account

Go to app.tokensupply.io and select Create an account. Enter your full name, your work email, and a password of at least eight characters, then select Create account.

Verify your email

On the Verify it’s you screen, enter the 6-digit code we email you. Your account can sign in once the code is accepted. If the code does not arrive, select Didn’t get it? Resend code.

Open the setup wizard

The first time you sign in without a store, onboarding opens on its own. A Welcome step shows what you are about to set up. Select Get started and it walks you through three short questions: your store name, your store address, and your default currency.

Name your store

Your store name is what your customers and team see. Enter it on the first step. You can change it anytime later in Settings > General.

Your store address

Every store gets its own store address, a unique handle on TokenSupply. Onboarding suggests one based on your store name, and you can edit it before continuing.
  • Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  • The wizard checks availability as you type and confirms when the address is free.
  • This handle is also used for your public store page and your vendor portal.
  • To change it later, open Settings > Domain and edit the handle in the Store addresses card.
You can connect your own domain later so your store serves from an address you own, like store.example.com. See Connect a custom domain.

Set your default currency

New orders are priced in your default currency unless you change it. Pick it on the last step, or select Skip for now to keep the suggested one. You can change the default anytime in Settings > General.

Free starting credits

Every new store gets a one-time grant of 30 free credits, so you can try fulfilment right away. One credit delivers one key. These credits never expire. To see your balance, open Settings > Plans and look at the Credits card. See Plans and credits.

Finish onboarding

Select Create store and TokenSupply provisions your workspace. You land on your dashboard, where a Getting started checklist and a short tour help you add your first product and make your first sale.
Follow the Quickstart to go from an empty store to a delivered order in about ten minutes.

More than one store

You can run several stores from the same account. Use the store switcher in the app to create another store or move between the ones you already have. Each store keeps its own catalog, orders, team, and settings.
