Your account is personal to you and separate from any store’s settings. It holds your name and photo, how you sign in, and your security options. Open it from your profile menu in the app. It has three tabs: Profile, Security, and Appearance.
Your account settings follow you across every store you belong to. Store settings, like the store name, currency, and team, live under Settings and belong to that one store.

Ways to sign in

On the sign-in page you can use any of these:
  • A one-time code. Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. This is the default.
  • Your password. Select Use password and enter your email and password. If you forget it, select Forgot password? and we email you a reset link.
  • Continue with Google or Continue with Discord, which sign you in with that account.
If two-factor authentication is on, one-time code sign-in is turned off for your account. Sign in with your password instead.

Your profile

The Profile tab has two cards. In Your profile you can set:
  • Your photo, which you can upload and crop.
  • Your Full name, shown to your team and on system emails.
  • Your Phone number.
Your email address and role are shown here too, but you cannot change them. Changes save as you go. In Personal details you set preferences that are only visible to you: Language, Timezone, and Default Currency. It also shows when you became a member.

Password

If you signed up with Google or Discord, you do not have a password yet. You can add one so you can also sign in with it.
1

Open the Security tab

Go to your account and open Security.
2

Create or change your password

If you do not have a password yet, fill in Create a password. If you already have one, enter your current password and choose a new one. Passwords must be at least eight characters.

Two-factor authentication

Protect your account with an authenticator app as well as your password.
1

Start setup

In Security, find Two-factor authentication and select Set up. Confirm your password to begin.
2

Scan the code

Scan the QR code in your authenticator app. If you cannot scan it, select Cannot scan? Enter the key manually.
3

Save your backup codes

Save the backup codes you are shown somewhere safe. They are not shown again.
4

Verify and turn on

Enter the six-digit code from your app and select Verify and turn on. Two-factor is now on.
To turn two-factor off later, select Turn off in the same card and confirm your password. After that, your password alone signs you in.

Active sessions

The Active sessions card on the Security tab lists every device your account is signed in on. If you see one you do not recognise, select Revoke. You can also select Sign out of all devices, which ends every session including the one you are using. Below it, Login activity shows whether your email is verified and when your account was created.

Appearance

The Appearance tab controls how TokenSupply looks on your device. For now it follows your system’s light or dark setting. Choosing a theme yourself is coming soon.

Delete your account

If you want to leave TokenSupply, you can delete your account from the bottom of the Security tab.
1

Start the deletion

Select Delete account.
2

Confirm it is you

Enter your password. If your account has no password, type your email address instead. You can also tell us why you are leaving in Reason (optional).
3

Schedule the deletion

Select Delete account to schedule it. Your account is deleted 30 days later.
Changed your mind? Until the 30 days are up, the Security tab shows the date your account will be erased and a Cancel deletion button that undoes the request.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account, your stores, and all associated data, including products, orders, and customers. Once the 30 days pass, it cannot be undone.

Team and roles

Invite colleagues and control what each can do.
