When someone adds you to their store’s team, TokenSupply emails you an invite. This page walks you through accepting it. If you were invited to supply a store as a vendor, your invite opens the Vendor Portal instead. See Accept an invite and set up.

Open the invite

Select the link in your invite email. The page shows the store you are joining, who invited you, and the role you will join as, for example Admin or Support. Below that, Invite sent to shows the email address the invite belongs to.
An invite is tied to the email address it was sent to. You can only accept it while signed in with that address.

Sign in or create an account

What you see next depends on whether that email address already has a TokenSupply account.
Select Sign in to accept. The sign-in form opens with your invited email filled in and locked, so you cannot sign in as someone else by mistake. Select Email me a code and enter the code we send you, or select Use password and sign in with your password.
Once you are signed in, you return to the invite and TokenSupply joins you to the store on its own. You see Joining… for a moment. There is no second button to press.
If the page offers the wrong option, use the link under the button. New here? Create an account and Already have an account? Sign in switch between the two.

Signed in as a different account

If you open the invite while signed in with another email address, you see Wrong account. The screen names both addresses: the one the invite is for, and the one you are signed in as. Select Sign in as followed by the invited address. TokenSupply signs you out and opens the sign-in form for the invited address, so you can continue with the right account.

If the invite is not available

If the link no longer works, you see This invite is not available with the reason:
  • This invite has already been accepted. Each invite can be accepted once. If that was you, select Go to sign in and sign in as usual.
  • This invite link is not valid. The link is incomplete, or the store withdrew the invite. Ask the person who invited you to send a new one.
If something goes wrong while joining, the reason shows on the invite page with Switch account and Try again.

Where you land

After you join, TokenSupply opens Select a store. Choose the store you just joined to open its dashboard. The pill on each row shows your role in that store.

Work in more than one store

You can belong to several stores with one account, and your role is set separately in each. You might be an Admin in one store and Support in another. To move between stores, open the store menu in the top bar and pick another store. What you can see and do changes to match your role in the store you are in.
