Your dashboard

The dashboard is your home for each store. It opens on your key numbers, two earnings charts, and your most recent purchase orders, so you can see what needs your attention. The View analytics button in the header opens the Analytics page, which is coming soon and shows a short notice for now.

Key numbers

The dashboard shows a row of numbers for the store you are in:

• Open POs, with how many are awaiting payment.
• Active Offers, the products you supply.
• Open Tickets assigned to you.
• Pending Amount owed to you.
• Paid This Month, settled to you.
• Total Earnings, all-time.

Charts

Below the numbers, two charts show what you have earned from paid purchase orders in this store:

• Earnings trend plots your earnings month by month over the last six months, including the current month.
• Top products lists up to five of your products by the value of their paid purchase orders.

Until a purchase order has been paid, each chart shows a short message instead.

Recent purchase orders

Below the charts, Recent purchase orders lists your latest orders from this store, each with its number, product, status, and total. Select a purchase order to open it, or use View all to see the full list. If you have none yet, the panel tells you new orders will appear here.

If a store paused you

If a store suspends your vendor account, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard. You can still view your workspace, but new offers and stock uploads are paused. Contact the store to restore access. Other account states do not show a banner, since only suspension changes what you can do.
