# Your vendor record

> Read the record a store keeps about you, including your identity, contact, business, and banking details, and the documents it holds on file.

Each store you supply keeps a record about you as a vendor. Open **My Profile** under **Account** in the sidebar to read the copy of that record for the store you are working in.

The record is read-only in the portal. The store owns it, so if something is wrong or out of date, contact the store and ask them to change it.

## What the record shows

The record is split into four cards. Anything the store has not filled in is shown as empty.

* **Identity**: your **Vendor name** (and trading name, if set), your **Status** with your vendor code and type, your **Legal name**, any **Personal** details on file such as date of birth, nationality, or PAN, and **On file since**, the date the store added you.
* **Contact**: your **Email**, **Phone**, **Telegram**, **Store link**, and **Address**.
* **Business**: the **Registered name**, **Entity type**, **Authorised signatory** (with their designation), **GSTIN** (with an HSN/SAC code, if set), and **Terms**, which covers your currency, payment terms, and how you are paid.
* **Banking & KYC**: your **Bank details**, such as the bank, account name and number, IBAN, SWIFT, routing number, country, and currency, and your **KYC** state, which reads **Verified** with its date, or **Not verified**.

## Documents

Below the cards, **Documents** lists the files the store keeps on file for you, each with its name and type, plus any note the store added. Where a document has a link, select it to open it in a new tab. If the store has none on file, the section says so.

Documents are uploaded by the store. You cannot add or remove them from the portal.

## My Profile and your personal profile

These are two different pages:

* **My Profile** in the sidebar is the store's record about you as a vendor. It can differ from store to store, and only the store can change it.
* Your personal profile holds your own name, photo, password, and theme. Open it from your avatar at the foot of the sidebar. It is the same in every store you supply, and you change it yourself. See [Your profile](/vendor-portal/your-profile).
