# Welcome to the Vendor Portal

> Understand what the Vendor Portal is, who it is for, and how to keep your offers current and fulfil the purchase orders your stores raise.

The Vendor Portal is where you supply digital keys and codes to the stores that invited you. You keep your offers up to date, fulfil the purchase orders a store raises by uploading keys, respond to the support tickets routed to you, and watch how your supply is performing.

The Vendor Portal is a separate app from the seller app that stores run. You sign in here to act as a vendor, not to manage a store.

## Who this is for

You are a vendor (a supplier) if a store invited you by email to provide stock for its catalog. Once you accept, you get your own workspace inside that store. You can supply more than one store and switch between them from a single account.

## What you can do

## How you find your way around

Once you are in a store, the sidebar gives you **Dashboard**, **Purchase Orders**, **Offers**, **Inventory**, **Analytics**, and **Tickets**. **Inventory** shows the keys you have supplied to the store (see [Your inventory](/vendor-portal/inventory)), and you add keys by uploading them to a purchase order (see [Upload keys](/vendor-portal/upload-keys)). Below them, an **Account** group holds **My Profile**, where you can read the record the store keeps for you (identity, contact, business, and banking details) and see your documents. This record is read-only in the portal. See [Your vendor record](/vendor-portal/vendor-record).

Your personal profile (your name, photo, password, and theme) is separate. Open it from your avatar at the foot of the sidebar. **Analytics** is coming soon, so for now that page shows a short notice instead of charts.

  If a store suspends your vendor account, your dashboard shows a banner saying so. Contact the store to restore access.
