# Accept an invite and set up

> Join the Vendor Portal from your email invite, create or sign in to your account, and land in the store that invited you.

A store invites you to supply it by sending an invite to your email. Accepting the invite gives you a vendor workspace inside that store.

Your Vendor Portal login is its own account, separate from any seller account. One email and password give you access to every store that invites you.

## What the invite shows

When you open the invite link, the page is titled **Set up your vendor account**. You see the store that invited you: its logo, its name, and who invited you. Your work email is filled in for you and cannot be changed here, since the invite was sent to that address.

## Three ways to join

You reach the same place whichever route you take: your invite is accepted and you land in the store.

    If this email is new to TokenSupply, create a password (at least 8 characters), then select **Create account & join**. We email you a verification code. Enter it under **Verification code** and select **Verify & join**. If it does not arrive, select **Didn't get it? Resend code**.

  <Step title="Sign in with your password">
    If you already have an account, enter your password and select **Sign in & join**. An invited email that already has an account leads with sign-in, so you are not pushed through a sign-up you do not need.

  <Step title="Sign in with a code">
    Prefer not to type a password? Choose **Email me a code instead**, then **Email me a code**. Enter the verification code sent to your email and select **Verify & join**. If it does not arrive, select **Didn't get it? Resend code**.

  If you are already signed in as the invited email when you open the invite, the page reads **Join the vendor portal** and shows a **Join now** button instead. One tap accepts the invite for your current account. You can also choose **Use a different account** to sign out and continue as someone else.

## If the invite does not open

* **Wrong account.** If you are signed in with a different email from the one the invite was sent to, you see a **Wrong account** screen showing both addresses. Select **Sign in as** followed by the invited email. This signs you out and brings you back to the invite so you can join as the right account.
* **Invite unavailable.** If the link has expired, has already been used, or is not valid, you see **Invite unavailable**. Ask your contact at the store to send a new invite, or sign in if you already have access.

## After you join

You land straight in the store's dashboard, ready to work. From there you can add offers, fulfil purchase orders, and handle tickets.
