# How TokenSupply works

> A plain-language tour of every part of the platform and how the pieces fit together.

TokenSupply is built from several systems that each handle one job. You never touch them directly, but knowing what each one does helps you understand where a feature lives and why things happen the way they do. This section explains the whole platform without any database or engineering detail.

## The big picture

    Products describe what you sell. Inventory holds the actual keys and codes. The two are kept separate so you can restock without touching your listings.

  <Step title="You source stock from vendors">
    Vendors give you offers. You raise purchase orders, the vendor delivers keys, and those keys land in your inventory.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Orders arrive">
    Orders come in from your own storefront, from a manual entry, or from a connected sales channel.

  <Step title="You fulfil and deliver">
    Fulfilment pulls keys from inventory and creates a private delivery link for the buyer. The buyer reveals their keys and gets an invoice.

  <Step title="Everything is tracked">
    Payments, credits, notifications, your dashboard, and support tickets keep the whole cycle accountable.

## The systems behind TokenSupply

Each area of the app is powered by its own service. Here is what each one does in everyday terms.

| Support              | Customer tickets and how you resolve them.                                                                          |
| Notifications        | The notification feed, email delivery, templates, and branding.                                                     |
| Analytics            | Your dashboard's headline numbers and charts. Full Analytics and Reports pages are coming soon.                     |
