# The delivery portal

> The private page a buyer uses to collect the keys they bought, and how the link is created and branded.

The delivery portal is the page your buyer visits to collect their keys. Each delivered order gets its own private page at a link you can share, and the buyer needs no account to open it. This guide explains the portal from your side. For the buyer's view, see the [For buyers](/buyers/find-your-order) section.

## When the link is created

The private delivery link is created at delivery, not when the order is placed. Until you deliver an order, it has no link. Once you deliver it, the link appears on the order page and is emailed to the buyer.

The link lives on the order's **keys** card as text you can copy, with buttons to copy it or open the portal in a new tab. Anyone who holds the link can view that one order, so treat it as private and do not post it publicly.

Links do not last forever. The portal shows **Link valid until** with the date the link stops working. After that, the buyer sees "This link has expired" and is asked to get a fresh link from the store.

  The portal opens on your store's own web address, for example your store subdomain or a connected custom domain. It is not served on the admin app, so always share the link exactly as it appears on the order.

## What the buyer sees

The portal is branded to your store. It shows your logo and store name, captured at delivery time so the page stays consistent even if you rebrand later. On the page the buyer finds:

* A summary of the order, with one line per product and quantity, and the total paid.
* The keys, grouped by product and kept hidden until the buyer chooses to reveal them.
* A timeline showing the order was **Ordered**, the keys are **Ready**, and when they were **Collected**.
* A **Download invoice** option in the page menu.
* A **Contact support** button for questions about the order.
* A "Powered by TokenSupply" footer.

The invoice downloads as an HTML file named `Invoice-` followed by the order number, which the buyer can open in a browser and print. Tax is shown as "Included".

## How buyers use it

Keys stay masked until the buyer reveals them, one at a time with **Reveal** or all at once with **Reveal all**. The page tells the buyer that revealing is permanent. Once revealed, a buyer can copy a single key with **Copy**, or copy every revealed key at once with **Copy all**. Revealing marks the order as collected on the timeline, which simply records that the keys reached the buyer.

## Getting the link to the buyer

You do not usually send the link by hand. Delivering an order emails it automatically, using the delivery email template for your store. If a buyer loses the email, resend it from the order with **Resend by email**. This sends the same link again without re-delivering the keys.
