# Find your order

> How to open the private page where you collect the keys you purchased.

When you buy from a store that runs on TokenSupply, your keys are waiting on a private delivery page. This page belongs only to your order.

## Open your delivery link

The way in is the link the store sent you.

    After your order is ready, the store emails you a delivery link. Open that email and select the button or link to your order.

    The link looks like `https://storename.tokensupply.io/d/your-order-code`. Anyone with this link can see your order, so keep it private.

  There is no account to create and no password to remember. The link itself is your key to the page.

## If you cannot find the email

Search your inbox, including spam and promotions folders, for a message from the store. If it is not there, contact the seller where you bought and ask them to resend your delivery link.

  Your delivery link is only available after the store has fulfilled your order. If your order is very new and the link does not work yet, wait a short while and try again. Links also expire after a while. If you see "This link has expired", ask the seller for a fresh link.
